Top-flight ladies hockey comes to the Sports Arena in the form of the Northern Ladies County Championships. Held over two weekends, the first game is Humberside versus Manchester on March 23rd, bull off at 10.00 am with the last match completed by 4.00pm
The next round of matches commence at the Sports Arena on the 26th April from 10.00am.
Cheshire, Cumbria, Humberside, Lancashire and Northumberland are the competing counties.
Congratulations to Kingston upon Hull Hockey Clubs’ Laura Chadwick, Lisa Martel and Bev Steel who have all been selected for the Humberside squad.
The matches are taking place on the Sports Arena's all-weather pitches and members of the public are welcome to come along and cheer the girls on to victory.
