Former test bowler and ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!’ winner Phil Tufnell is the latest big name to sign up for the Lashings Cricket Club and may make an appearance at the Kingston Communications Stadium in Hull, this summer.
The Lashings will be putting together an International XI from their pool of top class cricketers to take on Yorkshire at the KC Stadium on Sunday 13th July (2.30pm).
The match is being played as part of Steve Oldham’s Benefit Year and breaks new ground for the fabulous £43.5m facility in Hull.
‘Tuffers’ is just one of many star names contracted to Lashings who have West Indies legend Richie Richardson as their club captain.
Jimmy Adams, Allan Donald, Inzamam-Ul-Haq, Viv Richards and Wasim Akrim are just some of the other players that Lashings can call upon and it promises to be a tremendous event.
Full prices and details of ticket availability will be announced shortly.
