Bumper Crowd Expected for 'Pride of Yorkshire' Clash

Hull FC are expecting a bumper attendance when Leeds Rhinos visit the Kingston Communications Stadium for the Tetley’s Rugby Super League IX Round 11 clash on Friday 21 May, the big kick-off is at 8.00pm.

The Black and Whites will be looking to add to their impressive run that has seen them beat the Super League and World Club Champions Bradford Bulls, they produced a record 82 - 6 Super League victory against Salford City Reds and defeated Huddersfield Giants last Friday night with a comprehensive 20 - 0 win.

Current Super League table toppers Leeds Rhinos will be making the short trip along the M62 after their impressive start under new Coach Tony Smith - this ‘Pride of Yorkshire’ clash is one not to be missed.

As always Hull FC are offering top quality pre-match entertainment at the KC Stadium and have secured a very special performance from the popular Tenor, Laurence Robinson. 

Patricia Goldsmith, Managing Director of Hull FC said: “Early indications show that the attendance for the forthcoming Leeds Rhinos game will be up there with last season’s Bradford attendance of 19,539.

“With our fans support we are confident of achieving a 20,000 attendance for the very first time since our move to the KC Stadium.” Patricia added. 

Match day tickets are on sale now and there has already been a very high demand from fans for this battle of the two Yorkshire giants. The Stadium’s Ticket Office number is and all fans are advised to pre-purchase their tickets to avoid disappointment on the day of the game.
