The KC Stadium has picked up another prestigious award after being named as the 'Best Ground' at the inaugural Football League Awards dinner held in London on Sunday night.
Reading's Madejski Stadium and Sheffield United's Bramall Lane were the other two grounds which were short-listed for the award, alongside the KC.
But the home of the Tigers came out on top in the poll conducted amongst away fans who have visited Football League stadia up and down the country.
Hull City Chairman Adam Pearson was on hand at the sell-out dinner at the London Hilton on Park Lane to receive the award on behalf of the club and described it as a tremendous honour. "It's tremendous to get this award, particularly as it was voted for by fans from around the country," he said.
"It's important to us that visiting supporters enjoy coming to the KC Stadium - as long as their teams don't take too many points away with them.
"We love having big crowds, we encourage families to come along to the KC - it's the fabric and the future of football".
As well as walking away with the 'Best Ground' award, the Tigers were also one of the nominees in the 'Programme of the Year' category but it was fellow Championship club Crystal Palace who came away with the award.
