Ever fancied being a world record breaker? Can you do a simple dance? Then why not be a part of the biggest dance class in the world.
On the 22nd of July, the BBC will try to create the worlds biggest dance class with people talking part in cities across the country. It's all part of a major BBC ONE entertainment event called Dancing in the Street.
There will be a programme on BBC ONE hosted by Bruce Forsythe and will feature a specially choreographed sequence danced by the countries leading dancers, called the BIG DANCE.
Locally, BBC Radio Humberside is working alongside the production team to help create a special record-breaking attempt called 'The World's Biggest Dance Class'.
We'd like to invite you or your organisation to come and help us set that record!
The local event is being held at 11am on 22nd July at the Gemtec Arena, next to the KC Stadium in Walton Street, Hull. We hope that more than 50,000 people will join us across the UK, but we need your enthusiastic support to make it happen here in the region.
There will be dance groups to entertain you and after that Jacqueline Sewell - our dance champion, will lead a warm up and practice, leading to a count down to the 12.30pm World Record attempt.
Then we wind up and close the event with a celebration cheer at 1pm. The dance is easy and anyone from age 8 to 80 can take part (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult).
What's more, everyone who enrols at the Gemtec Arena on Saturday 22nd July will receive a special BIG DANCE discount ticket offer to watch Simply Red perform live at the KC Stadium later that night.

If you or your group are interested in taking part, please contact Marcus Heald to register. You can email or call the action desk on Hull 314444 or Grimsby 353501.
