All Together Now!

Hull City AFC are sending out a rallying call to all supporters ahead of this Saturday's home game against Cardiff City at the KC Stadium.

The Club is urging supporters, players and staff to pull together as they attempt to get their season back on track.

Ticket prices for all areas have been cut to just £5 for adults and children as the Tigers look to maximise their home support at Saturday's game. Fans who have already purchased a full price ticket for the Cardiff match will be offered a free ticket to a future Category B game of their choice.

The initiative has the full backing of caretaker manager Phil Brown and his players.  “No matter who we play, every game is going to be a big one from now on," stated Brown.

"It’s that period of the season when people are looking at the Christmas fixtures and we need a big effort from everybody involved.

“We need the management, the staff and the supporters to back us all the way and if we get that kind of support against Cardiff on Saturday, there can only be one result.

“It would be great to see a full stadium at the weekend and if we can get 22 or 23 thousand fans inside the ground, it will be clear for everybody to see that the fans are right behind us. It would give us the impetus to really push on in the second half of the season.”

Nick Barmby is also looking forward to seeing the stadium full on Saturday.  “I can’t speak highly enough of the fans and they’ve been there all the way," he said.

"Reducing the ticket prices is a fantastic idea and hopefully the KC will be packed with City fans for our big game against Cardiff.  The fans have got a very important part to play in what we’re trying to do. At times, the team will be anxious, but the fans have stuck by us all season and we need them to continue that tremendous support.”

The Stadium Ticket Office is open from 9am - 5pm each day and will remain open until 7pm on Friday evening for supporters to claim their tickets at this discounted rate.  Please note that tickets will revert to full price on the day of the game.

A large number of free tickets have also been made available to local schools as part of The Football League Fans of the Future initiative.

These tickets are available on a first come first served basis and head teachers can request a booking form by simply emailing before 5pm on Wednesday.
