The support line-up for The Who's forthcoming concert at the KC Stadium has now been finalised with the up and coming five piece Jackson Analogue joining special guests The Ordinary Boys on the bill for the May 26th date.
Jackson Analogue are fresh off a late 2006 support slot with the Fratellis and a storming performance at 2006’s Isle Of Wight festival and are set to release their debut album "And Then...Nothing" in June. For further details click HERE
The Ordinary Boys have of course racked up a string of hits since forming in 2004 and with their music dipping into the genres of ska and mod revival, they too will provide the perfect warm-up ahead of rock legends The Who.
With ticket prices currently the lowest out of all the venue's announced on the UK leg of The Who's tour and with pitch standing tickets available for as little as £35, stadium officials believe the final line-up now offers great value for money.
Stadium Marketing Manager Rob Smith said. "Fans turning up early for this show can now enjoy two more great bands that span the generations and ensure that there will be something for live music fans of all ages.
"Jackson Analogue will open the proceedings, bringing with them a dazzling range of influences that include The Who and Led Zep, along with their own affinity with '90s rock to form a sound that is uniquely their own.
"The Ordinary Boys have of course enjoyed enormous success in recent years and have an extremely loyal following. We are confident that music fans of all ages will be treated to a memorable evening of entertainment culminating in our headliners The Who."
The Stadium Management Company have issued a statement warning fans that reduced priced tickets will not be made available in the lead up to this event.
Gates open at 5pm with the first support act due on at around 6pm.
