Hundreds of people across the Region are discovering and enjoying the benefits of a healthier lifestyle after enrolling on Hull College’s award winning Health 4 Life programme.
Covering the latest techniques and best practice in exercise and fitness studies, this award winning distance learning course is endorsed by Hull City AFC and has been developed for anyone over the age of 16 wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle.
And at a time when the government’s plans to raise nutritional levels for school pupils is making headlines, the Health 4 Life course is a great way for parents to encourage healthy family eating whilst improving their own health!
This extremely popular programme can be undertaken by most people, whatever their personal fitness levels and can be tailored to help you fulfill your personal health aims, and is flexible enough to be fitted around the busiest lifestyle.
At the end of the course, each successful applicant will be awarded with the nationally recognised Level 1 qualification, Foundation Certificate in Exercise Studies.
Tigers’ players Andy Dawson and Ryan France, pictured here with their Health 4 Life tutor Suzanna May, are both well on the way to completing the programme and graduating alongside the first intake of students at a graduation ceremony being held here at the KC in November.
If you want to improve your health and nutrition and put a spring into your step, pick up an application form today from the Hull City AFC reception at the KC Stadium, or to discover more call the Hull College Student Services team.
